Hey there, compassionate peeps! Today, we’re diving into something that hits close—checking in on your tribe and girlfriends. In this crazy, nonstop world, it’s easy to assume everyone’s fine, but let’s be real: even the strongest ones need love. Let’s normalize those deep, meaningful check-ins and build a culture where we lift each other up, no matter what. Whether it’s a quick text or a real heart-to-heart, don’t just assume they’re okay—check on the ones who always seem fine. Be the friend who shows up when it counts. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about fixing everything—it’s about making sure no one is walking through life feeling invisible or alone. Those small moments of connection can be the lifeline someone didn’t know they needed, so let’s be the kind of people who make sure every single one of our girls feels seen, valued, and backed up, no matter what.

Love love love listening to your podcast! Just wanted to share, my best friend and I from grade school got into an argument years ago where we both were angry for faking it. I wasn’t telling her everything that was going on and she wasn’t sharing her life stuff because of what I was going through. We were both upset that each of us didn’t allow the other to be a friend/shoulder/ear. People take joy in being ” that person” for others, as much as one would having that person. 💕
